A chef with over a decade of experience cooking in and managing restaurant kitchens in Manhattan and Philadelphia, Liz brings a passion for thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking to every class. Her food is strongly influenced by years of purchasing from farmers and small producers at Union Square greenmarket where she first connected with Ethan at USP.

The Pretzel Lab is a place to share the joy we get from making pretzels each day. Our classes combine practical technique, a generous dose of fun, and the pleasure of gathering around good food. Guests learn how to twist, bake, and enjoy their own soft pretzels while picking up recipes and skills they can bring home to their own kitchens.
